unions, political campaigns, government agencies,
and socially responsible organizations. Our factories
include Unite! shirt, and bag factories and embroidery shops, a GCIU screen
printer, and a Teamsters T Shirt factory. Our products are only
available from a nationwide network of Unionwear distributors whose information
is instantly accessible by entering your zip code above, or from any ASI
distributor. We custom make our products to order in quantities of 50 or more
and use only the finest materials and workmanship.
No Digitizing Costs For Most Union Logos: We have an extensive library of embroidery files for most union logos, such as UAW, Teamsters, CWA, and dozens more. We can drop in a local number, a city and/or state for a nominal editing fee.
Union Made and Still Competitive: We are able to compete on pricing by using a novel team incentive modular manufacturing incentive system developed in conjunction with UNITE.
BASEBALL CAPS AND EMBROIDERY
Completely Custom Made: The customer order awareness encouraged by our team incentive approach makes customizing orders even as small as four dozen embroideries or 12 dozen custom-built models possible, down to the shape of the visor or the finish on a buckle. Our computer system enables our customers to approve every specification of an order prior to cutting.
Manufacturing Quality: The workers represented by UNITE who make our hats began producing baseball caps in 1992 for Polo Ralph Lauren, who ultimately moved all of its ballcap production to Taiwan and Korea. All of our variances, consistency, and delivery standards were developed to meet the stringent requirements of one of the world's leading apparel manufacturers.
Embroidery Quality: Unlike finished cap embroiderers, we embroider the front two panels of our caps on a flat surface prior to assembly, rather than the entire cap on a curved surface. This process is less expensive, results in a larger usable area, has no registration problems, and gives a greater facility with detail.
